How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A standard full renovation takes 7–14 working days from strip-out to handover. Larger bathrooms with structural work or wet rooms can take 3–4 weeks. We give you a clear schedule before we start.
Do you supply the sanitaryware and tiles?
We can supply everything, or work with items you've chosen yourself. Many clients prefer to select their own tiles and sanitaryware — we're happy to advise on what works technically and aesthetically.
Can you fix a damaged or uneven floor?
Yes. Subfloor assessment is always part of our process. We repair joists, replace boards, level with self-levelling compound and apply tanking membrane before any tiling begins.
Do you handle planning permission?
Standard bathroom renovations don't require planning permission. If your project involves structural changes (like removing a wall) we'll advise you on what's needed.
