The brief

A 3rd-floor flat in Nine Elms with no lift access and a failed subfloor — the brief was a full bathroom renovation keeping the existing layout, but with a premium brushed brass finish and no compromise on quality despite the access constraints.

The work

Our team built a full floating floor system to work around the solid concrete slab below, tanked the shower area, and tiled wall-to-ceiling in large-format warm stone-effect porcelain. A brushed brass suite, LED-illuminated mirror cabinet and heated towel rail completed the look.

The result

A genuinely premium bathroom delivered up three flights of stairs with no lift — every fixture and material carried up by hand, with the finish quality a top-floor renovation like this deserves.
