Dental surgery rebuild with new floor slab
Failing floors dug out and re-laid with new drainage and screed, then two surgeries rebuilt in a clean white scheme with black chairs.

The brief
The Finchley N3 practice needed its surgeries refurbished, but once the old cabinetry came out it was clear the floor itself had to go — the existing slab was breaking up around the old drainage runs.
The work
We broke out and removed the failed floor, re-ran drainage and services to the new chair positions, and laid a fresh screed over a damp-proof membrane. Walls were made good and decorated in a washable white scheme, new cabinetry and clinical sinks were fitted, and air conditioning installed. Chairs, operating lights and surgery computers were then set out and commissioned room by room so the practice kept running throughout.
The result
Two bright, hard-wearing surgeries built off a sound floor — the kind of fix that isn't visible in the finished photos but is the reason they'll last.
