Two-surgery dental practice fit-out
A full strip-out and rebuild of two surgeries — services dropped into the floor void, new partitions, and a navy and sage scheme finished in welded safety vinyl.
The brief
Two dated surgeries in a Docklands practice needed bringing up to current standards — new chairs, new cabinetry, and services re-run properly rather than patched around the existing layout.
The work
We stripped the rooms back, lifted the floors and ran all new drainage, water, suction, compressed air and electrical first fix through the floor void before decking over. New stud partitions were framed and boarded, the ceiling grid reset with new lighting, and air conditioning installed. Cabinetry was fitted with seamless worktops and integrated clinical sinks, then the rooms were finished in welded safety vinyl with coved skirtings so there are no open joints to trap contamination.
The result
Two clean, modern surgeries in a navy and sage scheme, with every service concealed and every surface wipeable — ready for inspection on handover.
