The brief

A North Finchley kitchen renovation with a warm, hotel-like brief — charcoal cabinetry lifted with brass hardware rather than the more common chrome or black.

The work

We fitted full-height charcoal shaker cabinetry with brass handles, built a peninsula breakfast bar, tiled a full-height splashback behind the hob, and laid large-format floor tiles throughout.

The result

A warm, confident kitchen — the brass hardware against charcoal cabinetry gives it a boutique feel without tipping into anything trend-led.
