Dental surgery strip-out and refit
A surgery with failing plaster and a decades-old chair stripped out completely and refitted with new cabinetry, a new chair and hygienic finishes.
The brief
The Belmont Circle HA3 surgery was still working but looked it — blown plaster behind the chair, an ageing unit and cabinetry that no longer wiped clean. The practice wanted the room brought up to current standards without moving walls.
The work
We stripped out the old chair, cabinetry and floor, hacked off and replastered the failed walls, and re-ran electrics and plumbing for the new chair position. A full run of white cabinetry was installed with wall units, a seamless worktop and an integrated clinical sink. Walls were finished in a wipeable scheme and the floor laid in blue safety vinyl coved up the walls.
The result
The same room, rebuilt — bright, fully hygienic and finished to a standard that holds up under inspection.
